Senior UX/UI designer

Responsible for analyzing user behaviors and experiences across various company applications and portals to make design changes and upgrades.
Gathers and interprets user data, conducts usability test sessions, and collaborates with designers, developers, and product managers to improve the overall user experience.
Conducts qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observational studies.
Analyzes user data and behavior patterns using analytics tools like Tableau to uncover insights and trends that inform design decisions.
Create detailed user personas and journey maps based on research findings to guide design and development processes.
Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of design changes on user behavior and satisfaction.

UI/UX design & Development

Rebuilding and redesigning websites and web portals with new company standards using angular and Vue JS.
Worked in UXPin Merge Project to add more components to the library using React and worked in designing screens.
Working on adding new functionalities and feature enhancement for client app using angular, Vue and JavaScript, along with designing user screens following client requirements.
Worked on developing an application to help users to migrate from existing portal to new one and register themselves. Created code- coverage reports using Cypress software and wrote test cases in Vue JS. Performed performance monitoring and reporting using AppDynamics tool, worked on postproduction testing, support and code validation.
